As a PhD holder in Maths, I combine my advanced subject knowledge with my five years as a Qualified Teacher to engage and guide students. I’ve tutored A-Level students struggling with the transition from school to sixth form, those new to the country with developing English skills, and students hoping to achieve top grades required for university / college access. Whatever your needs, you will find in me an approachable, caring, and knowledgeable tutor. We will work together to build knowledge and confidence.

It breaks my heart when people swear off Mathematics as “not for them.” I truly believe it is a subject that anyone can learn and enjoy with the right guidance. I discovered a passion for teaching while studying for my PhD — all teachers live for that light bulb moment of understanding! Not only did I enjoy helping people learn, I also loved inspiring curiosity and enthusiasm for a subject which, to many, provokes anxiety and self-doubt.
